How to follow my order ?
After your order is confirmed on our store, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email containing a tracking number. You can also track your package directly in your customer account under the “My Orders” section.
What shipping providers are you working with ?
We work with the Swiss Post for small quantities and custom truck shipping for bigger ones.
How long will I have to wait for my order ?
The delays can vary depending on quantities and customization methods. For a product that in stock with nothing custom, consider about 5-10 days. For a customized product, the production time can go up by 10-15 days.
Do you deliver everywhere in the world or only in Switzerland ?
We do deliver everywhere in the world but for any order to another country, please contact us directly.

Are your products under a warranty ?
Yes, all of our products are under a warranty. However, since they are customized to your brand image, they cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
Where are the products made ?
Our products come from Switzerland, North America, Europe, South-East Asia, and China. The Nos produits proviennent de Suisse, Amérique du Nord, Europe ou Asie du Sud-Est ou encore Chine. The majority is stocked in Europe to ensure fast restocking. They are then customized in Europe or in Switzerland by our facilities before getting directly to you.
What printing methods are available ?
The printing methods are diverse and depend on the product and the desired final aspect: laser engraving, screen printing, digital printing, pad printing, doming, digital labels, embossing… Usually multiple colors are available.
